Entered GedMatch ID and Ancestry name 10X, save details won't save them [closed]

 If your GEDMatch Id is an older one go to GEDMatch.com and get the latest ID number and enter it. A while back GEDMatch transitioned their ID #s for FamilyTree DNA to IDs that no longer start with "F."

You tested with Ancestry DNA, so your Gedmatch ID should be the letter A followed by 6 numerical digits (e.g., A834876). Does it fit that pattern?

Found the error, It's mine! I was entering my Ancestry name, not username. Thanks for your help.
