Looking for family of Wm. Remus, b. 1915, IN

Hi All,

William Remus, born 16 Mar 1915, in Indiana (90+%, Lake County).  Died 18 Apr 1995, Lake County, IN, age 80.

I have parents and sister.  I'm looking for a wife and/or children and coming up empty.  I have the 1930 Census showing him, a sister Willma and their parents.  And I have the Soc. Sec. Death Index record.  That's it.

Any ideas?

Seems you've already checked Fold 3.com; I also checked GenealogyBank with no results.

CompuGen Systems came up with 16 Exact matches in Indiana starting with the year 1986 (and forward), but they want $20.00 to give you the actual detailed results.  This came from a surname search of "Remus" at Linkpendium for Indiana.

Sorry not to be more help.  Good luck and good hunting!  I guess you'll really be looking forward to the 1940 Fed Census being released, eh?
