Is there a way to amend the name of a gedcom import file so that it edits all references on wikitree at one time?

Hi Veronica. If you mean the file name itself, no, sorry, it can't be edited after upload.

But your question does suggest a good thing to do: Since Wikitree cites the name of the GEDCOM file in profiles generated by a gedcom upload, BEFORE you upload, you could change the name of the file to something that would make sense in a citation. For example:

ResearchByJillaineSmith13January2014.ged

Yes, that is what I have started to do.  The earlier file was one for one of my anonymous profiles where I should have renamed it for privacy purposes.

No, gedcoms only import new profiles.
