need help breaking the Perry family brickwall

I'm having a lot of trouble finding anything on Samuel W/M Perry. I know he married Laura Ryan September 11th, 1818 in Frederick County, Virginia. Which finding her maiden name was very hard, apparently her father is William Ryan and she was born in Maryland according to the census of her children.

I found this http://www.lva.virginia.gov/chancery/full_case_detail.asp?CFN=069-1901-050#img case of them right here which has confirmed siblings I wasn't certain on. However there is no mention of Samuel Perry, just Laura Perry.

This is quite the brickwall and I've been trying to break it for what I feel like is forever. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Could you please tell me what it says? I can't access it.

As well, Samuel W/M Perry was likely born aroun 1775-1790

Thank you :)
