Help have a John Gideon(s) Marsh in my tree oct 23,1812-? now is where did he die

Question

born Andover VT. and thought he was buried with his wife Lucinda Weatherhead in MI. , but received message, that I was mistaken.  You can see the headstone on Ancestry.com it says wife of John Clark, I know it doesn't say John Gideon Marsh, and because their are so many John's you use the middle name, or go by wife.  Anyways can you help me, to find out.

Looks like his father is named John Marsh, but it's puzzling to think that his mother would be named Louis.

It could be that John Gideons Marsh married Lucinda and he predeceased her. Then she could have married Mr. Clark.
