Thanks, Frank I just see her living with with my set. Was she a servant or how can we find out more on her? I'm going to start with adding her children. The family she is living with on the 1860 Census, Robert M Scott he is my great great grandfather but, his children took the Beazeale last name so it's a very confusing bunch. LoL

Frank Gill.  I'm adding the children's profiles but, the first daughter listed was born in 1857 Mahala Martin is listed on 1860 census still as having last name Martin. I believe we may have two different Mahala Martin's? I would really like your opinion on this? Please. Thanks

Information you shared for Mahala Martin Wright is Martin-39530 | Mahala B Martin Wright she was born 1823 her Husband James Wright was born 1820-1864 so it isn't Mahala Martin born 1805 that is listed on 1860 Census living with Robert M Scott and his family. Mahala B Martin Wright is living with her husband on the 1860 census. So still looking for information.

Frank I believe my Blackstone, Breazeale, Simmons, Martin and Scott families are going to connect on the 1850 and 1860 census they may have moved to Alabama or Tennessee for a little but ended up back in the upstate of South Carolina.

Donnie, Did you ever figure out who that Mahala Martin, 1805 is?  I am so stuck around Lucinda Breazeale. I really want to know who fathered her first set of children! and I can't find what happened to Robert Scott. I cannot find a death record for him!

I’m lost on this to, I sure wish I could find on more being this is my direct line. Robert Scott I guess was a step dad to Lucinda Breazeale’s children is all I can come up with, Mahala Martin maybe just someone who lived with the family can’t find her connection to this line, only thing I could suggest is to contact the Pickens County Library and see if anyone can tell where the records would be on this Family.  Please let me know if you find out anything.  Thanks again for helping.
