Hi Brett,

Many experienced WikiTree folk suggest that you complete a several manual profiles with sources and connections before you upload a GedCom file and then have many profiles to compare and work on.

In addition to the link that Wendy shared, you may want to go to the search box on the upper left (next to Search G2G) and enter gedcom, that will take you to many questions here in G2G discussing the upload process and the sometimes confusion members have. You will gain a lot of insight from the questions and answers.

Brett you will need to create a gedcom from my heritage and then upload it here.

log into your family site, choose family tree-manage family tree.

on the right of that page choose export to gedcom , check or uncheck the boxes for photos, hit create gedcom and sit back and wait.

Then upload it here. instructions for that is here:  https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:GEDCOM

Hope that helps :)

Additionally, I believe that WikiTree X can be used to import content directly from My Heritage, one profile at a time. This is a utility that works within the Chrome browser. I've not used it, but other members have said that it can be used with My Heritage. Click on the link for more information.
