The 1880 US census for Carroll County, Missouri at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9YBH-1J2?i=6&cc=1417683 lists the following people in the household. (So, the short answer is yes, it appears they are brothers):

Wilkerson Hunt Male age 58 Married White Farmer Self  born about  1822 in Virginia

Rachall Hunt Female age 57 Married White Keeping House Wife born about 1823 in Ohio, United States

Sarah Hunt Female age 25 Single White Daughter b. about 1855 in Indiana, United States

William Hunt Male age 30 Single White  Son b. about 1850 in Indiana, United States

Henry Hunt Male age 14 Single White Son b. about 1866 in Indiana, United States
