Joseph Lutz, born Baden Germany c 1850-1852

Question

Immigrated to US 1872 and eventually married Kathrine [Lutz] also from Baden--but it does not appear that they knew each other prior to immigration.  I am a descendent of his son, John George Lutz, SR and do not have any info about Joseph Lutz yet.

Did you notice on this census his mother-in-law is '

Barbra Shedrian  F  67   Germany  

So maybe Kates last name wasn't Lutz?
