Zella Bell Morgan was my Great aunt. She died in 1980? in Cincinnati Ohio. Trying to find family so that I can get more information regarding my history.

I believe this Find A Grave memorial is your Aunt.  Her husband and one son are also buried in that cemetery.  You may want to do a search for family records on FamilySearch.  I found this marriage record that lists her parents, and a 1900 census record showing other family members, including her mother's mother.
