There was a Kiowa chief called White Horse. He died in 1792. He had no surname. When did this person live, where and what tribe?

He is said to believe that he is my great great grandmother's father. She was born in Crockett Texas and was buried in Oklahoma Indian territory.
Wiggins, TX is about 130 miles from Crockett, TX. Wiggins may have been taken from the place name
