New Information, gives Sarah Fuller's mother as ( Elizabeth  Ball..

It appears that Elizabeth Ball and Wm Fuller married in Pitt Town (near Windsor) in 1840.

Note: I retagged this post (added "lnab" as a tag).

I couldn't see what "dna" and "mitochondrial" have to do with this question, but I didn't delete those tags. I see from the profile that you have been hoping to compare mitochondrial DNA testers who trace to this line, but that wasn't mentioned in this question. Is DNA testing the basis for your new information?

The only person who can change the LNAB (Last Name at Birth) is the profile manager, who is now Lawrence Bennett.

1  Under collaborations on the right hand side, click on "request to join trusted list" and indicate the reason why you want to join her list.  (You're a family member, etc.)

2. Once he accepts you as a member of her trusted list, send him an e-mail to have you added as a profile manager.

3.  After that, you can update the LNAB

Or alternatively, you could send him wiki e-mail asking him to change her LNAB to Ball and give him your supporting evidence.
