What is the best way to meet project template guidelines for the Palatine Migration Project?

I added the project template before I saw the post in G2G that only profiles managed by a project should have project templates on them.  As best as I can tell this project does not manage any profiles. What should I do for this profile?

The question was about the Palatine Migration project, not Rhineland-Palatinate. Both are under the umbrella of German Roots, but their scopes are very different. (The Rhineland-Palatinate project deals with a region in Germany. The Palatine Migration project deals with people who emigrated from Germany who were widely called "Palatines," even though many or most of them weren't from the Palatinate region.)

The Palatine Migration project template is on over 1300 profiles, very few of which are project-protected by German Roots. There is no Palatine Migration Project Profile. The Palatine Migration template places profiles into Category: Palatine Migrants.

To implement the new policy, I think we need to convert the Palatine Migration template to a sticker, and continue having the template add profiles to the Palatine Migrants category. Please continue using the current template, as it shouldn't be difficult to get it converted to a sticker.
