You didn't leave a link to an example, but the Unsourced template is to alert us that the profile has no sources. Once a source, even just one, is added, the template is removed. This doesn't mean that you cannot add more sources.
There truly are thousands of Unsourced profiles here that need attention, so we remove the template when we add a source.
