That profile was created by someone who just created that profile and one for themselves a couple of years ago and hasn't been back. I doubt you'll get any response.

If you have an Eva Charlesworth in your tree (as I presume) then just add her as normal. Trying to avoid duplicates is pointless in this case.

Matthew, One should always use the Unresponsive manager procedure before creating a duplicate. It may take a little time but in the end it is better for WikiTree.

The only one who could possibly answer your question is the Profile Manager. I would suggest that you send a private message to him and if there is no response follow the unresponsive manager procedure found here https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Unresponsive_Profile_Managers
