My daughter asked for and received GEDCOM information from my ex-husband's side of the family tree, and uploaded it to WikiTree. She then received news that the upload was successful, and she can now begin the process of comparing each person's information, profile by profile on GEDCOMpare. My daughter does not currently have time to deal with this amount of work, nor is she the best expert on comparing family pages.
We'd like for my daughter's grandfather (my ex-husband's father) to be able to review, approve and edit WikiTree entries during the GEDCOMpare process.
My question is:
Does WikiTree yet have something akin to the "Privacy" controls on individual WikiTree pages that would allow for the person who uploads a gigantic amount of family tree information to receive much-needed and welcome assistance from other family ancestry experts when it comes to reviewing possible matches on WikiTree?
And if there is not yet such a feature of allowing more than one WikiTree genealogist to review, approve and edit GEDCOMpare matches, when can such a feature be added? I suspect it will be very useful and popular, and greatly add to the success of GEDCOMpare and WikiTree.
Thank you!
