Urania married at age 3?

+3 votes
It seems there are three pages for a Urania Turrel. It seems possible that there may be two of them (one of the three listings has very little information on it). If these are two separate people, they are daughters of two cousins (James b. 1744 and Abel b, 1752?). This Urania was been born in 1786, but it states she and Wareham Kingsley married in 1789, which seems unlikely as she was a toddler at this time.
There is a page for Wareham Kingsley and a page for Warrum Kingsley. I am pretty sure the latter is an incorrect spelling of the former as i have found evidence elsewhere that Wareham was his mother's maiden name (wife of Nathan Kingsley). This site says Warrum Kingsley was born in 1766 and Wareham in 1770. Either date would line up age-wise with the other Urania Turrel (1769-1837, daughter of Sarah Bradshaw and James Turrel).
Does anyone have any info that might clear up whether there are two Uranias? Thanks! :)

This may be helpful, although I am afraid the information in unsourced; however, it is suggestive. I find genealogies for the Urania whose profile you referenced above, in ancestry and in heritage. However, her name appears as Maria Urana Turril (several options for spelling of surname, although father Abel's gravestone is spelled Turril), with parents, birth date, death year, and siblings match. I find her parents in Kent, Conn. with about half the children also shown in the Barbour Collection. I do not find any entry in any colony for Maria, Maria Urana, or Urana in the relevant time period. The trees above assert that Maria Urana married Benjamin Stafford, and Cyril Peck. No marriage dates are given, and the order of husbands do not agree. I have done no searches for Benjamin or Cyril. Urana is supposed to have died in Wyalusing, Bradford, Pennsylvania, United States in 1868, but again, I find no record.

On the other hand, a search of the Barbour Collection in American Ancestors (subscription site) for Urana Turril finds only ONE: Urania Turrill, daughter of James, Jr. and Sarah (Bradshaw), born 2 April 1769 in New Milford, Conn.

I believe that it is more likely that the Urania Turril of 1769 is the husband of Warrum/Wareham - who is likely one person, not two. There is no definitive source to support this conclusion, but there should be enough hints in the above unsourced data to follow to find a source for Maria Urana, so she can be eliminated from your consideration.
