Can you translate a very dim Lithuanian Family List (probably Russian language)?

This is also shown on the profile as a source.  I have clarified and enhanced the image as much as possible, but it's still difficult to read and the language (most likely Russian but possibly Lithuanian) is unknown to me.  It is either a Family List (roughly equivalent to a census record) or a Revision List (sometimes made for a previous Family List).

In addition to this 1816 document, a transcription of an 1818 Revision List showing the same family is also a source in the profile.  Both are fully discussed in profile notes.

This profile is a collaboration between 3 members - two found each other through potential DNA matches and then discovered the third (while trying to build the family out in order to trace the DNA match), who had added the family profiles to WikiTree previously.  The opportunity for the three of us to work closely together is truly exhilarating.

Hi Gaile

I see something similar to Jacobson

Names evolve over time and was wondering if they were previously the same as JACOBSOHN.  I have a few of those in my tree [Lithuanian]

It's Russian, not Lithuanian. You might want to re-post in a Russian language forum. Many people who know Lithuanian also know Russian (I know neither but can recognize both), but the reverse is not true. So you will reach more people who may be able to translate if you specify only Russian.
