[Italian] Question and Confusion around Raffaele Pagano and Maria Concetta Messina

I went to the Family History Center yesterday, which is about an hour and a half (two hours in reality, Google lied!) from my home. I was hoping to look through the Melilli records and find information on my ancestors from Melilli.

I only found one record, and it was on my ancestor's brother. I can't translate most of it, so any help here would be great, to start with:

I searched through each individual image, looking for a marriage record for Raffaele Pagano and Maria Concetta Messina. Nothing from Melilli. The two hours I was there I spent about an hour and a half waiting for images to load, and then when they did...

  1. ... no marriage record for Raffaele and Maria.
  2. ... no birth record for my ancestor, Raffaele and Maria's daughter, Sebastiana.
  3. ... no birth record for Raffaele or Maria.

It is possible I missed it some how, but I don't think I did. If anyone is able to look up the records from Melilli to help out, or to translate the above because maybe it's hiding where Raffaele and Maria are from if not Melilli, that would be wonderful.

That's the birth record for  a Sebastiano Pagano born Jan 9 1889? born in the commune of Melilli  to parent Concetta Messina and Raffaele Pagano. The baby was presented by Carmelo (too blurry to read) fu (of the deceased) Giuseppe and Sebastiano Pagano  fu Giuseppe.

That is my ancestor's brother, Sebastiano Pagano. Yep. Anything about the birth place of either parent (Raffaele or Maria) hiding in there, by chance?
No just says that Messina Concetta wife of Pagano Raffaele contadino live in this town. ( domicilia in questo cummune)
... crud. I've already seen naturalization records before where people say they're from a city they're not from, so they really could be from somewhere other than Melilli, couldn't they...
I have some that come from a place that doesn't exist anymore. One line is from Ogliastro, which is about 20 miles SE of Palermo, the town changed it's name about 1865 and I had a rough time figuring out that it is now called Bolognetta.

I can read Italian pretty good so if you need any help link them up and I'll see what i can do.
