No name.  My mother claims to have been raped. She was 31 and he was 18. Girls camp at Lake George, NY.

Closest match is a second cousin. I've tried contacting her but haven't gotten a response.  And I have taken multiple DNA tests thru 23andme and Ancestry.

Hi!

I saw you have DNA up so I took a peek. If you look at your one-to-many matches, you'll see you have two matches in the 500cM range. They don't share an X Chromosome with you, but they don't match your mother, either. That is about the range of a 1st cousin once removed.

You should try getting into contact with them.
