Who qualifies to be on the Anzac project?

A few days ago I discovered that a member of the Anzac project tagged one of my Great Uncles into the world war 2 category. I had no idea a project existed (new member) so I joined. My question is who do I tag to be added to the Anzac Project? I have a few relatives who have military records but some of them have court martial documents indicating that they got themselves in some sort trouble while serving. Are they still allowed to be added to the project?

Go to this page https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Project:Anzacs.  The beginning tells you what profiles it covers and further down it indicates how to join and whom to contact.
