Looking for the marriage and children of Charles Young and Marie James in Canada

On the marriage certificate of Charles Young it states he is from Canada.

His father was Charles Young and his mother was Marie James

according to his marriage certificate he was born about 1889/90

according to his obituary he was born about 1879/80 in Labrador

there are some discrapancies in the various documents also about his wife Beatrice Sonnenschein, who seems to have 2 different sets of parents.

Everywhere I look I hit a brick wall

 

Who can help

what we know from his son is that Charles was born 1879 in Canada, his wife was Beatrice Sonnenschein, Charles died 1969 in Chaplin, CT.

He married in 1931 in New York City, being his first marriage.

As Newfoundland-Labrador did not become part of Canada until 1949 I would check the Newfoundland GenWeb project for bdm research resources. You might not find them under Canadian listed resources.
