She married Schuyler Brooks in 1863.  I don't know where she remarried.  She was in New York in 1850, 1860.  In 1870 she was in Newfield, Oceana, Michigan, married to Schuyler with two of the children from her marriage to John.  In 1880 she's still in Newfield, just her and Schuyler now.  Betsy's in Benton, Eaton County, Michigan in 1900 living with daughter Marieta Murphy Brown.  Betsy dies there in 1901.  Here's a link to her death certificate. http://seekingmichigan.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/ref/collection/p129401coll7/id/810622  It tells where she's buried.  This was a fun search.  I started a tree for her on ancestry.com so I could store the records. Let me know if you'd like an invitation to the tree.  If not, I'll just delete it.  Some of her children died in Vermont and I found actual death certificates for them.  You probably already knew that, though.  Thanks for giving me such a wonderful challenge.  I started hunting for her 15 minutes after you posted your query.  Not bad, if I do say so myself!  wink

Here's a link to her Find A Grave memorial

Thank You Denise. I would like to see the tree you started for her. I just started doing this, so I don't have that much info.

She is my ggg-grandmother.

Thanks again.
