What seems to be the issue causing you to want to delete everything? Since all of the profiles are shared as part of the one WikiTree, deleting is generally discouraged in favour of trying to fix whatever the problem is. If your family objects to having their information freely available, you can make the profiles private for your viewing only. If you've made an error by entering the wrong person, it is easy enough to correct to make them the right person or to disconnect them from the rest of the people you've entered. Please be a bit more specific, and there are a lot of people who would be happy to help you get everything straightened out :)
