Should we merge Offers of Help into Genealogy Help? [closed]

Does anyone find that having the separate "Offers of Help" category is useful to them? I'm thinking that we might as well merge it with "Genealogy Help" so all general genealogy questions are together.

Instead of merging, would you consider putting the SURNAME category separate?

Surnames are handled differently. Essentially, those are "tags".

Every question can have a category *and* tags for surnames.
