Searching for brother I never met

Question

I have a brother Robert Lee Armbruster, that I never met.  All I know is that he was in Sulfer Springs, TX, Hopkins County.  I found a person by that name who died 11 April 1995, age 51, born Jan 3, 1944, Ohio. all my relatives, Armbrusters, were in Ohio.   I have the SS#, but don't know if I should put it here.    It sounds like it could be him, since I know he is younger than me.   How do I search this information further to see if he is my brother.  His father was John Armbruster, born in Ohio.
