My grandfather had his last name legally changed. Which do I use for his profile?

Clair -

Based on the profile, I'm assuming he was born with the last name Crabb and had it changed to Crabtree.  If that's the case, you'll want to just take Crabtree out of the Other Last Names field and enter it in the Current Last Name field.  

If it is the other way around, then just take Crabtree out of the Other Last Name field, and then after saving, click on the edit link nect to Last Name at Birth to change that to Crabtree.

Thank you, Allen. He started as Crabb and changed to Crabtree--I couldn't seem to get all the information into the question without going over the word limit! This is a great help and I appreciate your explanation and your kindness in providing it.
