GedCom to search & match chromosomes??

I am working to find ancestors of my Grandfather's family with the surname "Byrd/Bird".

My grandfather took the 23andMe test, and I've found a few other Byrd/Bird relatives. We all match on chromosome 16.

I'm wondering if it's possible to search for GedCOM matches based on Chromosome matches (Ie: can I search for people who just match on my chromosome 16 also?). If so, how?

It is my hope if I can locate other matching relatives to this section of my family tree that they may be able to help me fill in the blanks of where I've been unable to find online.

There is a Matching Segment Search on gedmatch.com Tier 1 Utilities which might help you to look at your Chromosome 16 segment.
