I just wanted to thank Russ Gunther for having the compassion to start a profile for a Veteran who died with no family present in his life.

Russ created a profile for Glenn McCoy Shelton, [[Shelton-4550]] with limited knowledge and asked if people would help fill the blanks.

As a fellow veteran, I find Russ' actions and desires for this fellow veteran to be recognized and honored very inspiring in the knowledge that what veterans do and how they serve and sacrifice is not forgotten.  A few tears came to my eyes just trying to help a little myself.

Thank you, most sincerely, Russ Gunther.

P.S.  I hope you can see the salute to you for your efforts.
