Suggestion Report - can we hide 663 Errors??

Similar to having the ability to hide the errors for USA in birth and death places (603 and 633), can we also please hide 663 - USA in Marriage Location? It would be helpful to allowing us to focus on the more important fixes that are required.

I'm not sure what you mean by "hide" the error?  You can either mark it as a false error if the country actually does belong during the time period, ignore the suggestion, or edit the marriage place by removing USA which did not exist before 1776.

This is about suppressing the display of a whole class of errors in the suggestions report. It's possible to suppress display of errors 603 and 633. On some lists, that's helpful for members who are seeking more complex errors that require research.
Yes, Ellen, that is exactly what I'm proposing for the report.
There is no suppressing of a suggestion.

Any suggestion is just hidden from report if there are too many of them (30 or 50 I am not sure) and a link is added to show only them.
It must be 30, based on how often I've seen that note.

I've seen the note about hidden "USA too early" errors often enough that I assumed I had set a default to suppress display of those error classes.  That's one category of error that I figure is good for novice Data Doctors to work on. If I work on suggestions, I pick more complicated ones.
It only takes a minute or less to eliminate the 603 & 633 errors by deleting the wrong USA/United Stattes. And if you are the profile manager youi can skip doing the status as no one else would be notified of the change and someone else looking at the profile later would never know that the wrong iformatn was their before.

I work on the 603s many days and  try to clear a 1000 or more each month. I see that the majority were created with Gedcoms in the 2019-2011 era.

Thanks for the explanation Ales. I didn't realize that was what was going on.
The change will still appear on the Changes tab.

While we are at it can we just hide all the errors? That way we can claim WikiTree is error free? (yeah, sounds stupid to me too)

Sarcasm does not always mean insulting btw. Sometimes it is used to shine a spotlight on things. Hiding errors would be a bad practice to consider if we want to get rid of them. You can chose to ignore them and work on harder errors if you wish but I would never want errors hidden. I often nibble away at them because I like having the numbers drop. To alleviate boredom I intersperse these with harder issues.

The way the Suggestion Report works is that there a place at the top to click to unhide the errors such as 603 and 633 types. I did not mean to hide 663 forever - just so i could work on other errors, and then come back to the easier ones.
