Sources for Torrey's New England Marriages before 1700

I've been reading a little bit more about this source.  If I understand correctly, the more recent version that was published in 3 volumes doesn't include the source notations that were part of the multivolume set??

Does anyone have access to this?

I've been trying to decipher a marriage referenced in it and think I need to go to the original source:
"THAYER, Ebenezer, Mendon & Martha TOMSON/WHITE, Mendon; 13 Jun 1695; Milton/Mendon."

One of the profiles for Martha included this note:
"Possible marriage reference: vol 36, page 303" which I assume may be for the original Torrey?

I'm not sure what the Tomson/White designation means.  Normally if its mulitple marriages the names I thought were listed separately.

Any guidance  would be appreciated.  I only seem to be able to fine the new version.

The Vol 36, page 303 is referring to New England Historical and Genealogical Register, according to the Torrey source.

I took a look at it and here is what it says:

"June 13, 1695 Ebenezer Thair was maried to Martha Tomson, both of Mendon"

The White name, while mentioned in Torrey, is not included in the Register article which is entitled "Rev Peter Thacher's Record of Marriages at Milton, Mass"

Wow, Thank you!

One story goes that Martha (Thomson) Thayer married Joseph Wight as a widow, which could be where the White comes from, although, I don't know that would explain why Torrey used the Thomson/White notation.  It seems to imply that she had the name White at the time of her marriage to Thayer.
This source also shows her parents, it seems: https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=wu.89066365305;view=1up;seq=21 ''Descendants of David and Amyes (Colle) Thomson and their son John : ten generations of Thomsons descended from David, who died on Thomson's Island in Massachusetts Bay, and his son John, of Mendon, Massachusetts''. Reference page 8.
The source shows her second marriage to Joseph Wight, too :)

Here is another source, though, that shows Ebenezer married Martha White in 1695: [https://archive.org/stream/memorialofthayer00thay#page/515/mode/1up/ ''Memorial of the Thayer name, from the Massachusetts colony of Weymouth and Braintree, embracing genealogical [!] and biographical sketches of Richard & Thomas Thayer, and their descendants from 1636 to 1874''] Reference page 515. This source shows he married Martha _________: Family memorial. Part 1. Genealogy of fourteen families of the early settlers of New-England, of the names of Alden, Adams, Arnold, Bass, Billings, Capen, Copeland, French, Hobart, Jackson, Paine, Thayer, Wales and White ... All these families are more or less connected by marriage, and most of them of late generations, the descendants of John Alden. Part II.
