Being as this is a "wiki" and the information is free I'm pretty sure you "can" use it. But in all fairness if you do make sure you use the original sources and give credit back to here. You may want to put more tags if you want a quicker and more thorough response though.

Yes you can use that information. Dates of birth and death do not belong to anyone. The paper they were written on might, but the actual facts do not. As Steven said, you might want to include a source, hopefully there is one the profile.

My thoughts: the facts are never owned by anyone else. If you have Richard in your family tree at ancestry, you can, perhaps, find records there in addition to what is posted on his profile here.

The written bio may be subject to the TOS of WikiTree:

"We grant you a license to use information and other content provided by the Website ("Content") for purposes of personal or professional research. You may download and copy only as much Content as is customary and necessary for your personal use and research regarding a specific research inquiry, but you may not in any case copy all or any substantial portion of the information contained on the Website (during any one visit or cumulatively over time) without the express consent of Interesting.com. "

Adding it to ancestry is probably not considered personal use, since your tree may be a public tree, which can be accessed by any ancestry member.  But I'm not a lawyer. haha.
