It's really an almost impossible task to 'delete' everything!  It's better to start with one ancestor, and make corrections on spouses/children etc.  Putting in the EXACT source as you go, so you can reference it.
Then working with those spouses and children one at a time.
If you want some help, email me.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to completely delete a profile. It might be easiest to simply over-write incorrect names/dates/other information.

However, Chris and Heather are correct in their answers. On a wiki we correct information, we don't delete it. Deletion is only for if you won't be using WikiTree anymore and nobody else is available to manage private profiles for your family members.

Then EDIT their children and dates/approximate dates and locations.

Copy the SOURCES and details right into the profile, so you always have the reference to confirm.
From the census data you can see the William B and Celestia were married about 1899, and name and approx dob of each child.
