How do I get additions/revisions from MyHeritage into my wikitree?

I originally began on wikitree with a MyHeritage gedcom.

Depending on how many additions/revisions you're contending with, it might be better to either add them through a gedcom upload to WikiTree, which requires that you confirm additions one by one (in order to ensure there is only one profile per person on WikiTree, so there may or may not already be existing profile pages)--or you can add them in one by one. 

If you've been primarily active at MyHeritage, and have lots of additions and revisions, I'd suggest doing a gedcom upload to WikiTree, rather than going through everything and adding them one by one.
