Looking for maiden name of my Mary Taylor (b. 1829). Married to Joseph Taylor.

I am looking for the maiden name of "Mary" (b. 1829) to a Joseph Taylor (born 1825). The two children I have listed for them is 'Edmonia Logan' and 'William Taylor'. At one point, Mary and Joseph lived in Missouri when their daughter 'Edmonia' was born. I know that Mary and Joseph had 8 kids; with only 6 of them that survived.
