Before the undersigned registrar appeared today, identified by her baptismal record, the bricklayer's wife Minna Emma Emilie Witte, née Kindermann, residing in Britz, Johannisthalerstraße 18 with her husband, and reported that her daughter Frieda Bertha Emma Witte, 2 years old, of protestant religion, residing in Britz, Johannisthalerstraße 18 with her parents, born in Schwedt an der Oder, county Angermünde, daughter of the bricklayer Richard Fritz August Witte and his wife, the reporter, both residing in Britz, Johannisthalerstraße 18, died in Britz in the home of the parents on July 22, 1905, and that she was present at the death of her child.

The family name of the parents of the child is not "Witte" but "Witt". The given names of the mother are "Emma Emilie Minna", not "Minna Emma Emilie".
