Could Henry Pennington be the son of Abigail and Isaac Pennington?

I have a hunch that Henry Pennington (Pennington-1277) is the son of Abigail Allen Pennington (Allen-1542) and Isaac Pennington (Pennington-459) considering the date of birth and location. However, I have reached a dead end with the information I have access to. If someone with better access to records would like to look into this, please do!

The following pedigree resource file that was submitted in June of 2017 may answer your question, but like all pedigree resource submissions, needs verification to assure accuracy.

Is there any evidence to support the case for Henry Pennington (Pennington-1277) being a child of Isaac Pennington (Pennington-459) and Abigail Allen Pennington (Allen-1542) --- because I cannot see any reference sourced in the above submission.

Isaac Pennington had two brothers Robert and David Pennington that likely also married and lived in London around the same time. They might also be potential candidates as father of HP.
