How do I get help logging on? I have tried having a new password emailed to me, but it doesn't seem to be working

Cathy if you have checked you are using the same email address you used to register with, and the password combination is not working the only thing you can do is send an email to: info [at] wikitree.com and they will sort the issue out for you.

Thank you Wendy, it is the email that I receive messages from them at, so I will email them.

I have e-mailed info@wikitree.com on January 6, 2018. I have received no reply as of yet. Any other suggestions?
