Mom is adopted- no family is dna-related on maternal-side family tree. How to show this in Wikitrees?

On your edit page, you can mark a parent as "non-biological". So if she shows her adopted parents there, it will not carry DNA relationships through to the line up. Note that I would also make comments in the Biography area about this too so that anyone reading through would easily understand.
