I need a better Layout for my Los Angeles County Space Page

Hello everyone, I wanted to reach out to see if anyone would have a better layout for my Los Angeles County Space Page.

the problem is....

the county is made up of almost 100 Cities.. then there are almost 100 if not more neighborhoods.   I find myself Scrolling forever and ever to update it. Scrolling is not the problem.. I just don't think the layout is doing the page justice.  I am thinking a table would be better to put all the information in and then whoever is reading the page can skip around without scrolling forever.  I really wanted to get some feedback on this.

Another thing I wanted to do was make subcategories of Notable people from let's say,  Los Angeles or Burbank.  so the notable people's Tag would be right under the city they were viewing.

I really need some feedback on this..  I would be very grateful for someone guidance.

Wow what a wealth of information. I love the map background image.

I might suggest that You make separate pages for each town. Make a simple list of the towns and link them to the town pages
You could also use headings (instead of bullets) for each city and town, which would put them in the table of contents at the top of the page.  Headings can be made subheadings of the next higher level by using the number of equal signs at start and end of the heading text.  Example:

==Top Level==
===Second Level===
====Third Level====

Another thing you might do is to use Anne's suggestion, but use a category page instead of a space page for the main Los Angeles County page.  On each of the town/city space pages you could then put the category link at the top.  That would save you the trouble of having to put all the links on the county's space page.
I really like that suggestion Gaile, this way I keep the format. and clean it up and organize it better. Thanks for showing me how to make the subcategories, I am going to try that.  Anne B,  I am glad you suggested that.  I agree.. my long range goal was to make a space page for every single city.  I was hoping if I put the word out then volunteers would want to do a city that they came from or had a history with.

Thanks very much for the help.

Beautiful job on your Free Space for Los Angeles.   Anne B and Gaile gave you great advice.  I live in Los Angeles, Westwood Village.  :)
