Looking for mother of Dallie Lois Napier, Perry Ky

Question

Her dad is Calloway Napier. Her mom's first name is Margaret Elizabeth or just Elizabeth but I don't know for sure her last name. I cannot find marriage record for her and calloway. Dallie married Henry Hall in Perry co Ky.  I cannot find death certificate for Dallie either. she was born between 1893-1889 I think.

Margaret Elizabeth's maiden name is Bush.

According to the 1910 Census Dallie (Dahlia L., line 66 of the Census sheet. Link below) had two brothers named Arch (9 y/o) and Irvin (3 y/o):

Arch died on 1954 and Irvin (Ervin) died on 1958. Their certificates of death lists their mother's maiden name:

Margaret was the daughter of Calvin and Lucy Bush. Margaret (Line 38 in the Census sheet) was born in Virginia ca. 1870.

Calloway and Margaret got married ca. 1887. They were living next door to Margaret's parents on 1900. According to the 1900 Census Margaret was born on Apr 1871 and Dallie (Dallia) was born on Dec 1894 (There is an error in the DOB's year  for her and her siblings James and Lucy).
