How to enter a person who has a name plus an adopted name and marriage name

Don't know how to enter a relative named Dorothy Richardson, who was adopted by a Charles and  Annie Tye. Dorothy's name was changed to Mary Ann Tye, she later married a Joseph Goodyear. Understand birth name (Richardson), married name (Goodyear), other name (Tye) but there are two sets of first names, Dorothy and Mary Ann

Use Dorothy as her "Proper First Name" and Mary Ann as her "Preferred Name." And explain it all in the Biography section.

Comments

Also use the Adoption Template for her. If you don't know her birth parents leave it blank. Change Wiki ID to the Wikitree ID (if known) and Name to Persons Name. Place in Bio.
