George Pratt, records indicating his fraternal line?

Question

Hello, I can not find any documentation on the parents of George Pratt . There seems to be two thoughts: George>Ebenezer>Alpehus>John OR

George>Ebenezer>Ebenezer>Henry>Aaron>Phineas.

It would be helpful to confirm George's parents, and work from there but I can not find anything!!

There was a George Pratt born at Kent, Litchfield, CT in about 1819 who was the son of Hopson Pratt of Kent, Litchfield Co., CT and Delia (Skiff) Pratt. Hopson and Delia were married in Litchfield CT.

Can you say what year your George Pratt was born and in what county and city? Would you also have a birth year for Ebenezer as well as a county and city location?

George born 1790's (Canada, have nothing more specific), died 1838 Kitley, Ontario. Son Addison.

Puzzled by the term "fraternal line." A fraternal twin is not identical to the other twin, a paternal line is father, grandfather, great grandfather and so on. A maternal line is mother, grandmother, great grandmother on back.

Can you clarify the meaning of "fraternal line?"

It has Addison married Lucinda. Addison's father is George. Click on where it has ANCESTORS. Then it goes to Ebenezer who married Ann Dribble, then Ebenezer who married Charity Pratt. The earlier Ebenezer's father is Henry Pratt who married Hannah Wilson. This Henry is the son of Aaron Pratt who is the son of Phineas!!!

The manager of all that could be your cousin. Do you think so?

For what it's worth there's a manufacturing company in northeastern Illinois named Henry Pratt.

Your new cousin may very well be interested in sharing information.

My most recent Pratt is Tabitha of Bridgewater, MA. Her father, grandfather and great grandfather were all named Joseph Pratt. That line traces back to Hertfordshire, England, to Simon Pratt who died in 1512.

I have a Phineas Pratt born in England, who married Mary Priest, in 1630 in Cambridge, Middlesex, MA. They were the parents of Aaron Pratt father of Aaron Pratt born 1654, who was the father of Henry Pratt. This looks like part of one of the two lines you were asking about.
