That is a problem...

I hope you have primary sources for adding parents to a PPP profiles.  

Protected profiles are not protected for the pleasure of being protected.  There is a reason.  And before making such changes like adding parents, one should confirm with the project members before any such change.

Irrefutable sources Guy,  Working for the US PRESIDENTS Project and related to Robin Lee first . And this PPP is one of those ancient slap-ons. There's no project indicated.

It is most likely a relic of the days when there were no rules as to what profiles could have their IDs locked (other than that it had to be the correct LNAB and the one duplicates should be merged into).
