Having said that, I encourage you to use www.familysearch.org since it is free and very simple. But you will need to be cautious with the results.
For instance, what I have copied in below this paragraph was one of several thousand results to the search for John Moses Curry, born in Florida between 1895 and 1895. The father here is William Curry. But there is NO CERTAINTY that this John Curry is the John Moses Curry you refer to there is a likelihood, since his WW1 Draft registration (from the same search showed his birthdate as December 6, 1895 and that he was born in Mandarin, Florida. (Don't worry too much about the misspelling of the surname - that is very common in Census records):
