Yes this is correct my grandfather was Eric stanley plant born i  stanthorpe queensland the information you have provided for me is very interesting thankyou so much
Hello vivian egan would u know if my grandfathrr eric had children withNancy sims?

Queensland & NSW births index only go up to 1918, i.e. births more than 100 years ago.  I also checked the deaths index for both, for any PLANT deaths with father named as "Eric" with no results.

According to the Ryerson Index your grandmother Eileen Beryl PLANT died 8 Oct 2007, age 88, late of Cabramatta. Your grandparents married 27 Mar 1963 in Sydney. NSW BMD Ref. 2443/1963.

Also on the Ryerson Index there is a funeral notice for Nancy PLANT, aged 85, for 31 Dec 2002. Published in the Stanthorpe Border Post 3 Jan 2003. There is a birth entry in Queensland for a Nancy SIMS born 6 Oct 1917 d/o Zebulon Cuthbert SIMS & Annie LARWAY, which fits.

Yes nancy sims (plant) was my grandfathers eric plant first wife the information you have found is true thankyou for helping me out and yes my grandmother eileen beryl plant passed away on the 8th of october 2007 aged 88, i never knew my grandfather had a first wife until i joined wiki tree so the information is fascinating and curious to keep digging further, thanks vivian for your time xx
