Should I keep or disconnect Unknown mother

I've been working on this family I adopted for a while merging them and sourcing (second hand sources).

The mother of the boys Josef and Johan is Unknown and I chose to unconnect them.

I now have four wives for Henric and it should be 2. The two Katarinas are merging soon but the two profiles that were mothers for either Johan or Josef is another question.

Should I merge them into Unknown Unknown (Margareta Johanintytär is fictitious) or just unconnect them from Henric and recycle them somewhere else. I don't like Unknown Unknowns in my profiles, but Henric would show only one wife for those who don't read bios if I removed the first wife altogether.

Recycle or merge the UNKNOWN UNKNOWN . It should never have been made

You should retain Unknown mother in order to maintain the brother relationships.  If you disconnect her, their relationship to each other is removed (unless there is a father).

The profile linked above is the father of both boys, so that would mean I could just remove the mothers and recycle them.

I would keep the one so you can see from their profiles that they are full brothers - and then hope that the name is found - I always hold out hope that a source will pop up somewhere and I can fix those
