What's best way to upload an updated GEDCOM?

I uploaded a GEDCOM from MyHeritage tree builder a few weeks ago and everything seems to have gone well.  Since that time, I've come across a great deal of information about a particular branch of my family and am adding it into my "tree" on my local computer using MyHeritage.  What's the best way to get this new information into WikiTree?

Hi Wayne, Thanks for joining us!

If the information is details you want to add to existing profiles, it would be best to enter the additional data by hand because we can't replace one gedcom with an updated one.  Other people may have made contributions to those profiles since they were originally created and we don't want to delete their work.

If the information is new individuals that will create new Wikitree profiles, you should be able to create a Gedcom of those new individuals and use the Gedcom to create the new profiles.  Keep in mind that you don't want to create duplicate Wikitree profiles, so it might be easier and a more certain method to enter the new individuals by hand to make sure they are attached to their parents, siblings and other famiy members without a disconnect.  Disconnects from other family members are common with Gedcoms.

The simple answer is by hand. I don't think there is a better way.
