Need help sourcing Sweden

This profile has a marriage end date that I suspect could be the date they married. Just a profile I stumbled upon going through matches but the marriage date prevents saving the unsourced category.

Should be easy to find, but I haven't any paid subscriptions for Swedish records.

I think the profile manager does not have a paid subscription for Swedish records either. Normally I would rush in to help, but with Riksarkivet SVAR going free of charge so soon (Feb 1st) I think we should wait, and then try to help people to help themselves.
You are right. I just got word the pm is active, so I will leave it to her and offer my help (after feb 1) if needed.
Might be worth another look now since we have passed Feb 1 and the free records are available.
PM has already corrected the error. :)
I did put a SVAR source on the profile of the daughter, as a little nudge.

I've had some contact with the PM, but I think she is waiting for her DNA results.
Good work Eva. I only looked at the profile for Caisa so I did not see your SVAR source on the daughter.
I picked the daughter since the PM had made a change there.

I actually sort of tiptoe around dropping SVAR sources here and there on Swedish profiles by people with Swedish Roots; mostly what I come across while working on the location category system.

Plus, of course, waiting eagerly for the next call for The Swedish Brickwall Patrol here in G2G.
Where do I start . . suposedly my grandpasmoms mom was adopted from Sweden. 1870 Illinois, was that a popular state for Swedish people?
Yes, it was a popular state for people from Sweden, and yes Lindahl sounds like a Swedish name. But she needs some sources from the American side before we can even guess as to her Swedish origins.

Melissa, It might be best to start your own thread with your question so that it does not get overlooked here on Juha’s thread.
I had the same thought, Lynda.

Almost started the thread myself, then just thought some sources from the US side before even starting might be a good idea.
