Looking for information on marriage of Gladys Beatrice Jones Neff (widow of Frank Neff) to Ellis "Rex" Riggs in Kansas.

Gladys was my maternal grandmother and the first my mother, Maxine Neff Williams,  knew that her mother had remarried was when she died in Great Bend, Kansas in 1940.
